WPEF is a volunteer, parent-led organization. There are many ways help support excellent schools in Westchester and Playa del Rey beyond making a monetary donation. Help WPEF at your School Site There is an WPEF site representative (or two) at each of our seven schools. There is much work to do throughout the school year. . - EVENTS COMMITTEE - Assists the Board in fulfilling its fundraising goals through event planning and attendance at community events.
- ANNUAL GIVE COMMITTEE - Responsible for creating and executing an annual giving campaign in order to meet WPEF fundraising goals.
- GRANTS COMMITTEE - A group with grant seeking and writing capabilities who assist the Board in fulfilling its goals for grants awarded to support the goals of WPEF.
- FINANCE/ENDOWMENT COMMITTEE - A group with financial or banking experience who assist the Board in fulfilling its responsibility for ensuring the organization's financial health.
- COMMUNICATIONS/MARKETING COMMITTEE - A group with public relations, marketing, design or communications experience or interest who assist all committees in developing printed materials, submitting press releases, and maintaining the WPEF brand and image for all communication medium.
- COMMUNITY RELATIONS - A group with business or organizational ties to the community that forms partnerships to benefit the goals of WPEF. Works closely with the Business Resource Council (BRC).
